Purpose: The Building and Grounds committee oversees the maintenance of the church facility as well as the manse, rental property andgrounds so that they will be kept structurally safe, aesthetically compatible with the area, and in compliance with fire and zoning laws.
When a request form is made out for the use of the church for any reason, the usage is discussed by the committee as to reason, date, and time. If approved, it goes on the church calendar.
Membership: Minimum of Pastor, one (1) session member, one (1) deacon, the church custodian, and three (3) congregational members as needed.
Meetings: as needed.
